The 5th Meeting of the CDP will take place at the WMO Secretariat in Geneva from 19 to 23 September 2022. The Pannel will focus on the writing and discussion of the new WMO Capacity Development Strategy during the first half of the week. The Agenda of CDP-5 will then move onto updates and disussions of the work of the Expert Teams, and a CDP Plenary session will be held on the final day.
The meeting will take place at the WMO Secretariat in Geneva. Best efforts will be made to promote active participation of those attending the meeting online.

The 4th Meeting of the CDP will be held on 15 and 16 February 2022 by Zoom videoconferencing between 1200 UTC and 1500 UTC each day. The 3rd meeting of the Capacity Development Panel (CDP-3) will be held on 15th and 16th September 2021 by videoconferencing between 1200 UTC and 1500 UTC each day. Since the meeting will be held through videoconferencing, all members of the panel are invited to make written contributions on every item on the agenda ahead of the session. The contributions will be posted on Moodle site for online interaction. The WMO Secretariat, through the Member Services and Development Department, will coordinate the administration of the mood le site and assist the Chair in converting syntheses of the contributions into an aide memoire for running the meeting.
