On day 2 the program starts with an introduction to WMO Binary Codes and data conversion tools included in the wis2box-software and practical session on using tools like ecCodes and CSV-to-BUFR conversion.

The afternoon program covers WIS2 Operations and the WIS2 Node registration process that enable new WIS centres to share data through the WIS2 Global Services. 

The session will covers how how to find, access, and download datasets in WIS2 as data-consumers.
