Day 3: Tuesday – Advanced wis2box Functions and Data Integration
On the third day, participants will delve into advanced functionalities of wis2box, focusing on data conversion, GTS integration, and access control. The day begins with hands-on sessions on using tools like ecCodes and CSV-to-BUFR conversion to standardize meteorological data formats. Attendees will learn to create custom BUFR mapping templates for seamless data interoperability.
The afternoon sessions cover WIS2-to-GTS transition, including adding GTS headers for legacy system compatibility and configuring access-controlled datasets to enable the sharing of recommended data with selected partners using authorization-tokens.
