During the WIS2-training, participants will be instructed how to send and receive MQTT messages exchanged using the WIS2 message standard. Participants will also be guided through the process of setting up their own “WIS2-in-a-box” on a local virtualized environment.

To ensure the smooth delivery of the training content we ask participants to setup the following programs on their laptops prior to attending the training:

  • Putty (or any other ssh-client)
  • WinSCP (or any other SCPclient)
  • MQTT-explorer: to access messages exchanges over the MQTT Protocol
