CAP AlertEditor

At Eliot Christian's workshops, he walks through the process of installing and setting up this Java-based CAP alert authoring and publishing tool. The tool is freely available for reuse. This version runs on Apache with Tomcat and a Java JDK. 

Below is a 1-hour long recording of Eliot's workshop given at a 2018 workshop held at Centro Regional de Formación Argentina. Server administrators familiar with Java and Tomcat will most likely be able to  install CAP AlertEditor without watching this video. Refer to the readme.doc in the CAP-Editor files.
