WIGOS Learning Portal: new release of WDQMS webtool (v1.2)

Dear WIGOS community,

version 1.2 of the WDQMS webtool was released today on Monday 6 July 2020.

The new release adds a search function that allows to search for stations by name or WIGOS ID on all maps. It can be accessed via the magnifying symbol in the top right corner of the map. The new release also incorporates additional upper-air data from NCEP into the system.

The WDQMS development team hopes that the new functionality and additional data will be useful and looks forward to feedback!

Dear WIGOS community,

version 1.2.1 of the WDQMS webtool was released on Monday 27 July 2020.

The new version adds a feature to download stations and their status as a CSV file. This allows to have a machine readable and exportable representation of the information visible in the map, thus enabling other system to use the information in WDQMS. The download feature can be accessed by clicking on the download link underneath the map and always downloads the list of stations and their status corresponding to the selection (date, center, type etc.) in the control above the map.
