WIGOS Learning Portal: next webinar on authentication and API access tokens, Monday 5th November 11h UTC

Dear OSCAR community,

a short announcement that the next OSCAR/Surface webinar will take place on Monday 5th November 2018 at 11h UTC. This time the webinar will be about the authentication and authorization system of OSCAR/Surface and how to obtain a token for regular API usage.

The monthly webinar on OSCAR/Surface is organized on the first Monday of the month at 11h UTC (13h Geneva) for the duration of 1 hour. Each time a new topic is presented, after which there is time for questions. Everyone can participate. The main language will be English but webinars in other WMO languages can be organized on request.
