 I am analyzing 30 years radiosonde data but want:

1. Delete THTA   THTE   THTV from the data using a script in python
2. Delete ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- from the data using a script in python
3. The Station information and sounding indices too only have the below data

Convective Available Potential Energy

CAPE using virtual temperature

Convective Inhibition

CINS using virtual temperature

I am not sure if this data needs to be cleaned first before code is written to draw various graphs. Like below

For the last 30 years by 365 days for radiosonde flight for Nadi.

I am not a programmer in python but learning but finding hard to write this scripts.

You assistance and guide will be appreciated.
