How I can add a non existing model of instrument (LUFT WS300) ??

To perform this task you need the role "instrument expert" in OSCAR/Surface. You have this role assigned.
Once you have logged in select "Instruments" on the vertical menu under the "Management" tab and add a new instrument.
You will be requested to enter the name and URL of the manufacturer, the model and at least one variable measured by the instrument.
