Speaking about successful organization means we embark on a journey to explore the essential criteria that define its outstanding performance in the rapidly evolving business world of today.  One of them is effective knowledge exchange. Several knowledge-sharing strategies exist nowadays to promote collaborative learning in contemporary organizations. The implementation will be unique in each organization, depending on its culture and environment. Considering the importance of best practices and lessons learned from the implementation, we lead a stimulating discussion while delving into the complex world of information gathering and distribution on this topic.

In the session, you are invited to be involved in a series of interactive discussions that were designed to clarify the nuances of knowledge sharing. Your active participation in brainstorming sessions, to address the "why, what, and how" aspects of knowledge sharing and look into actual implementation challenges, is expected. We'll discuss the changing environment of knowledge-sharing initiatives, figure out how to overcome obstacles, and envision a future in which organizations will reach new levels of creativity and growth through collaborative learning. 

Some little information about knowledge sharing is provided below. We will develop it collaboratively in the session.
