How to register on the MetEd site

You will be working with two websites while participating in this course.

1. The Course website: This website contains the schedule and links to various activities of the course. You will be given a login ID and password by the WMO/NWA to access this website. The main page for the course website is as shown below:

2. The MetEd website : Whenever you are accessing a COMET module or quiz ( through a hyperlink) from this course website you will be automatically re-directed to the MetEd website. This website also requires a login ID and password, which you can create on your own through registration on this website. 

How to register on the MetEd site

In order to complete the COMET modules and quizzes for this course, you will need to register on the MetEd web site. This is a simple and very fast process. You can have your own login ID and password for this site and it is independent of the login ID and password for the course website. However, it would be convenient to keep same Login Id.

Directions

When you click a module or quiz link from this Course Website, you will first see a login screen like the one below.

If you are not already registered, click "Create an account".

You will then see the MetEd Registration page, like the one below. It should take you only a few minutes to fill in the fields and create you own account. After registering, you will be able to access quizzes and modules by entering your email address and a password you create. Your record of quiz completions and scores will be kept on the MetEd site. It is advised that you keep the same email-ID for MetED & WMO websites accounts.   

The last entry in the format indicated below will be "Supervisor /Instructor Email" where you have to provide Email Id as shailendrapandenwa@gmail.com
