Lesson 3: The Benefits of CAP

One of the key benefits that CAP brings to the alerting process, is its standardized format and associated ability to serve as a single point of data for issuing alerts to multiple channels (e.g. text messages, TV, radio, sirens).  We will elaborate on that and other attributes of CAP in this lesson.
