From what I understand from the user manual for OSCAR Surface the infomration about radars is imported regularly from the WMO Radar Database and can (or should?) not be updated in OSCAR Surface. Please tell me - how often do you import data from the WMO Radar Database?

I have spoken to the UK Met Office Radar specialist who only updates the WMO Radar data base when there is a change to update. There is also an annual review. The Radar specialist also updates the OPERA Wiki pages when there is a change is required, then is used to update the OSCAR pages.

Hi Eva,
At the moment we are still developing and finalising the API that will allow routine and frequent updating OSCAR/Surface based on the content of the WRD. We have now settled on a policy and process for assignment of WIGOS Station Identifiers and this has to be implemented in the WRD before we can finalise the API. Hopefully this will be completed before the end of 2020.
We also expect to provide an online guide for use of the WRD, which remains the primary interface for provision and maintenance of radar metadata. The related WMO Community Platform site is here: https://community.wmo.int/activity-areas/weather-radar-observations/wrd-maintenance

when I spoke to my colleague, I was informed that the Weather Radar OSCAR is updated and maintained by DHMZ, Barbara Vodarić Šurija, vodaric@cirus.dhz.hr.
I do not know how often this is updated,
