The idea is to use the Global Campus also for tracking capacity building initiatives, a need that arosed in the discussion with several european NMS delivering training for developing countries NMS and we realised that no one knows what the others are doing and it would be very useful to use the existing GC facilities to manage also such kind of information

I fully agree with the idea highlighted here. There is several ongoing initiatives in developing countries related to capacity building. Having a clear map of that initiatives could improve the synergy of actions for the benefit of NMS. Currently, training needs coming from NMS is huge and complex and I thing that having the metadata of those current efforts can help to avoid duplicate the effort. So, GC facilities can be a great support.
