Here is our proposal for the evaluation of BIP M

It is a process based on three types of evaluation namely:

-  Evaluation at the end of the cycle of teaching by students and trainees to measure their satisfaction as customers of the system; this type of evaluation complements and contrasts with the more educational and summative individual assessment designed to assess whether a student or trainee has actually acquired the knowledge and skills provided.

- Individual evaluation a few years later, of the relevance of the training as the "ex-student" agent evaluates him to his position.

- Assessment a few years later, by the employer: is the training received by the agent of my service adapted to his job and does it contribute to the achievement of the individual and collective objectives set?

This evaluation of the long-term effects of the training can obviously not be carried out solely on the initiative of the training provider, but on the contrary is essentially the result of the policy and the human resources management system implemented by the organization concerned.
