Dear all, 

Please find attached a call for proposals to a new WMO publication on education and training innovations. We hope all interested partners will consider submitting one or more proposals for this important publication. 

Please note the deadline for proposals of 1 December, 2018.  Even short proposals are welcome. We will follow up for more details. 

Please share this announcement with all potentially interested colleagues.
