Dear participants,
The transportation personnel will be outside the arrivals hall with a placard with WMO SYMET-XIII Participants, Hilton Barbados Resort. The personnel will also have the names to verify those persons and to ensure that no one is left stranded.
In particular, self-pay persons who may also wish to be picked up are to ensure that they provide their details at least 2 days prior to arrival. We recognize that the majority of persons will be arriving between 27-29 October 2017 and it will be important to have the correct numbers for the appropriate transportation.
