At
EUMETSAT, as well as at any other organisation with various divisions all busy with their own tasks, it is easy to fall into silos that you mentioned. However, there are efforts to be more open throughout the organisation, also across divisions. It is also expressed in our values (see attachment), for example on collaboration we strive to collaborate openly in an environment of mutual respect. Knowledge sharing is part of keeping to these values.
