OSCAR requirements for upper air availability in WDQMS

Dear all, my inquiries this time concerns upper air availability shown in n WDQMS maps.

1) We had one station, 0-20000-0-85799, that recently was missing the info bellow and yellow dots appear in wdqms. But the station is declared in OSCAR, whith  upper air info on the variables, has Program affiliations, operational status etc but was missing the deployment section. In this case I would have expected some schedule issue instead of no match in Oscar, but instead we had yelloy dots.

2) More in general would you clarify what informations is required in OSCAR for upper air registration so there is no availability issues at WDQMS?

3) Regarding BUFR/TAC description for upper air data, monitoring centers are considering High Resolution Bufr or Bufr converted from TAC TEMP? Is there anyway to discriminate this?

4) Suggestion, if possible it would be nice to get from the CSV the highest level reached on every ascent .

Best
