Dear colleagues,
My name is Paul Bugeac, and I am Coordinator - Learning and Development in WMO. Previously, I worked in Romanian Air Traffic Services Administration (ROMATSA) as an aviation meteorologist and MET Expert.
I strongly believe that education and training need to be flexible and enjoyable to have the best outcomes! This is what the team of trainers intend to do during this new program focused on On-the-Job Training and Competency Assessment.
By the way... I consider cooking a good way to relax after a long day in the office. And to enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the terrace.
Please share a couple of words from your side!

Looking forward to meeting you on Monday!

P.S. Don't forget to take a look at the other topics and announcements!
