Welcome to the course dedicated to the On the Job Trainers and Competency Assessors. It is a new and ambitious project dedicated to the proper implementation of competency approaches in all branches of meteorology, hydrology and climate services.
In the forum I would like to learn more about you, not in a rigid way, to start good communication from the very beginning. You will see that most of the course content deals with human interaction, less theoretical and more practical considerations, to understand the need of flexibility on logical grounds.
It would be excellent if you manage to bring your own laptops for accessing the resources and for the group activities. Also bring with you your experience and good practices, a pack of enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
