International exchange is off, but black dot remains. (upper air)

Dear WIGOS community

I'm Hideaki Tanaka, a staff of JMA.
I recently corrected OSCAR/Surface for two upper air stations:

TOKUSHIMA AB (0-2000-0-47881)
IWOTO (0-20000-0-47981)

The data of these stations are internal use only. So I edited "intended for international exchange" to "off" for each element.
But black dots don't vanish in WDQMS web tool. What is wrong?

Dear Hideaki,
Thanks for reporting this. I did check quickly, and in fact both stations are still displayed on WDQMS as non-reporting (black dots) and they shouldn't appear at all. We are currently investigating the cause and will try to fix it as soon as possible.
