What are the main climate/weather/water -related hazards in your country?
Can you list the main weather and climate phenomena that cause high impact?
If you have listed high-impact weather/climate events, how is that you have done so? Do you know it from users? Do you know it from your own experience? Do you know it from specialized publications? Do you know it from newspapers? Do you know it from your own experience as a weather/climate information provider? If so, who are your users/stakeholders? How deep is their engagement?
If you were to build an adaptation strategy or plan to face high-impact weather/climate/water events, how would you evaluate your current capabilities? What would you do? Which in-place resources would you use? Which others would you try to build-up quickly? Would there be others to build in the medium/long term?
What about assessing vulnerabilities to specific weather/climate/water related hazards? Are they in place? At what level?
Then, what is the capacity for prevention/response to such harzards? Would you please comment from your own point of view?
