From Echoes to Decisions: Analyzing Radar for Summertime Convective Storms

Description

In this module, learners will use radar observations to analyze potential convective events and communicate forecast-relevant information. Across two scenarios, they will interpret reflectivity, correlation coefficient, and differential reflectivity products, then explain their findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.

The module was developed collaboratively by subject matter experts and instructional designers, with selected portions optimized using AI tools and fully reviewed, validated, and tested by the original experts for accuracy and quality.
