Aviation Basics for Meteorologists 

Description

This online course consists of three modules covering basic aviation topics relevant to meteorologists. The first module covers the concepts of altitude and flight level, as well as the importance of altimeters. The second module covers the different types of airspace and their meteorological implications. The final module covers hazardous weather for aviation. 

Although the course is aimed at new forecasters, it can also be taken as a refresher.
