- Welcome to the WMO and PAGASA Competency Approach Implementation Course for RA-V
  The course is focused on developing skills for competency approach implementation, the principles of On-the-Job Training and Competency Assessment, and applying and adapting the specific tools to any operational activity in NMHSs. The goal of the Course is to inter alia contribute to bridging the gap between theory and practice by:
  Assisting the implementation of the WMO competency frameworks as outlined in the WMO document Guide to Competency WMO-No. 1205;
  Raising awareness and understanding of the WMO Competency Frameworks and their impact on the organizations, as presented in the Compendium of WMO Competency Frameworks WMO-No. 1209
