    • Participation in the Joint Event require completion of the relevant registration procedures: 

      1. Registration Form

      Participation in the Joint Event is subject to registration. Prospective participants are kindly requested to complete the Joint Event Registration Form by 30 November 2026. 

      Please Note: 

      a) All participants, whether attending online or in person, are required to complete the registration form.

      b) Participants attending in person are requested to complete their registration as early as possible to facilitate the necessary administrative and logistical arrangements.

      As the deadline for requesting an Invitation Verification Letter (TE Letter) from the Chinese authorities has passed, please note that at this stage, the organizers can provide only the invitation letter issued by NUIST to support participants’ travel arrangements.


      2. Poster Abstracts Submission

      Participants wishing to propose a poster are kindly requested to submit their abstracts using the SYMET-15 Poster Abstract Submission Form no later than 25 October 2026.  Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review process shortly after the submission deadline.


      3. Information for the In-Person Participation

      In-person participants are requested to review the Information Note, which provides practical guidance on the venue, travel, accommodation, local transfers, and other logistical arrangements. Participants should also submit the Arrival, Departure and Accommodation Information Form by 30 November 2026, to support local arrangements and security coordination.
