  • The Joint CALMet XVI - CONECT 3 Conference is bringing together the global meteorological and hydrological education and training community to explore the theme “Future-Proofing Meteorological Training: Bridging Collaboration, Experience, and Innovation.”

    During the first three days, participants will share knowledge, best practices, and emerging strategies across three focus areas: collaboration, experience-based learning, and innovation in digital education.
    The final two days (27 and 28 November 2025) will be dedicated to the Third plenary meeting of the Consortium of WMO Education and Training Collaborating Partners (CONECT-3), which will focus on strengthening coordination and sustainability in capacity development efforts.
