Day 5 closes the training with two key WIS2 tools: CAP Composer, for creating and managing Common Alerting Protocol messages, and SURFACE CMDS, for climate data management. The morning covers CAP Composer's overview and installation, and the afternoon repeats the pattern for SURFACE CMDS, giving participants hands-on setup experience with both.
