Overview
The WIS 2.0 Training Workshop, scheduled for October 13–17, 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya, is designed to strengthen knowledge and teach practical operational skills related to the WIS 2.0 system for WMO Members in RA I.This is an in-person training event. Participants will perform hands-on exercises using virtualized machines available on the local network in the training room.
The training is hosted by the Kenya Meteorological Department.
