Tsvetomir Ross-Lazarov - Using Pre-test for Adaptive Learning

In this session, the participants will have a chance to take a pre-test and see recommendations for content based on their performance. This is one of the ways that pre-tests can be used to shorten the amount of time that learners need to spend in an e-learning session.

During the session, the facilitator will answer questions about the approach for creating the pre-test, technology tools used and test validation techniques to ensure that the pre-test serves as an acceptable diagnostic tool.
