Refer back to the case study you read at the start of this course. Begin a new discussion by posting a reply to the following questions:

What might interfere with providing good services? Consider all phases of the forecast process, including observations, predictions, communication and utilization of products and services.

Given the case at hand, how would your forecast office have handled this case? Comment on what aspects of the case do you think your organization would have handled effectively and where your weaknesses would have been evident.
