When entering data into the Representativeness field for Surface Wind in OSCAR, the UK use Toposcale rather than Microscale. What do other countries use?

Hi Stuart
After a quick check in the database I can tell you that all stations with a value for this field (mainly in Indonesia and South Africa) use "Toposcale" for Surface Wind. There is only one case where "Microscale" is used, i.e. the australian Station "MELBOURNE (OLYMPIC PARK)".
