Thank you very much for reporting this issue. In fact, ECMWF has access to Météo-France’s extended network, including the RADOME network (MFR RADOME/Etendu). Please see the ECMWF's newsletter article for details (https://www.ecmwf.int/en/newsletter/176/news/increased-use-surface-observations). However, these stations should not be assessed in WDQMS, as they are not available via GTS/WIS2 and are not registered in OSCAR/Surface. Since they are used in data assimilation, they unintentionally leaked into our monitoring files. The issue was fixed today, so I expect tomorrow’s WDQMS maps should no longer contain these IDs (yellow dots).
