Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can assist me with logging in to OSCAR/Surface using AGOV.

I had previously been using AGOV without any issues, and it worked perfectly. However, after changing to a new phone, I forgot to transfer the AGOV app to my new device.

I'm now trying to recover my AGOV account, but I've become stuck at the identity verification stage. I'm unsure how to upload the required verification documents, and I can't seem to get past this step.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to upload the documents for verification? I would really appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue.

If you are facing difficulties recovering your account the fastest way to regain access to OSCAR/Surface is to register a new AGOV account with a different email address.
Once your new AGOV account has been created please get in touch with the OSCAR/Surface administrator via https://oscar.wmo.int/surface/#/feedback and request access for your new AGOV account.
Contrary to what I mentioned earlier, a PDF with the recovery code is no longer being issued  when you create a new AGOV account. Instead, make sure you register a mobile phone number as recovery option in case you loose access to your account in the future.
