Would you be able to clarify the steps required to see any Phase 1 document published on the SOFF website ? In particular, is a green light by the StC required ?
When could one expect the documents submitted by 2024-09-30 to appear online (i.e. those that meat the StC-10 deadline) ?

While we wait for one of the SOFF gurus to step in, I can share some initial insights.
For the readiness phase documents or outputs, like the NGA, NCP, and CHD, we aim to upload completed documents, prioritizing those expected to be submitted for the investment phase at the upcoming Steering Committee.
