Register a new station on OSCAR/Surface

Dear Madam/Sir,

When I use the OSCAR/Surface NFP's account to register a new radiosonde station, the WIGOS ID couldn't change the the WIGOS identifier series and the issuer of the identifier, the issue number and the local identifier could be filled in. Please find the attached picture.

Since GCW station has been registered with this account before, 0-156 is the beginning of the wigos ID of GCW station. I wonder if it is related to this? This account only has the permission to modify the GCW account？

Dear Lin Xuejiao,

NFPs on OSCAR Surface can only select their respective ISO country code for Issuer of Identifier (2nd block of WSI) in OSCAR/Surface to register new stations, and "156" is the country code for China. For WIGOS Identifier (1st block), currently it always "0" and allows future expansion.
