Assessment of Service Delivery Progress Model

The WMO Strategy for Service Delivery 

Using the attached spreadsheet, assess your organization's marine service delivery in relationship to the WMO Service Delivery Progress Model provided in WMO-No. 1129 Strategy for Service Delivery. The assessment addresses the six strategy elements of the Service Delivery Model: 

Through the questions in the assessment, you will be able to assess how user-focused your service delivery is and identify areas for improvement.

This assessment is best conducted together with other staff and managers of your programme. 

Requirements:

1. Download the SDPM Ranking Sheet linked below.
2. Open the sheet using a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Select your ranking for each question by selecting the appropriate cell, adding a border and removing or changing the cell background color.
3. Optional: include comments validating the ranking and/or suggestions for improvements in the last column.
4. Submit your update sheet for review.

This assessment will support your Marine Services Delivery Context Analysis.
