Welcome to the Course "Assessment of National needs and capabilities in End-to-End Flood Forecasting and Early Warning Systems", a joint activity of the WMO Capacity Development Pannel (CDP) and the Hydrological Coordination Panel (HCP).
This will be our way of communicating until we meet in person at Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias Hídricas of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, one of the components of the WMO Regional Training Centre (RTC) in Argentina, in Santa Fe city, from September 12 to 15.
In this part of the training, we will focus on the concepts that we need to handle for becoming an evaluator for assessing the national needs and capabilities in End-to-End Flood Forecasting and Early Warning Systems (E2E FFEWS) of a country.
