- Welcome to the On the Job Trainers and Competency Assessors course for RA-III and IV.
  The course is focused on the principles of On-the-Job Training and Competency Assessment, developing skills for competency approach implementation, and applying and adapting the specific tools to any operational activity in NMHSs. The goal of the Course is to inter alia contribute to bridging the gap between theory and practice by:
  Assisting the implementation of the WMO competency frameworks as outlined in the WMO document Guide to Competency WMO-No. 1205;
  Raising awareness and understanding of the WMO Competency Frameworks and their impact on the organizations, as presented in the Compendium of WMO Competency Frameworks WMO-No. 1209
