This workshop took place from 17 to 28 January 2022 in a virtual format.
The workshop was delivered to participants from Iran, India, Nigeria, South Africa, Nepal, and Myanmar.The following topics were addressed:
- Climate data completeness and continuity, and WMO standards and good practices
- Quality control of climate time series using Climpact and local expertise
- Testing homogeneity of climate time series
- Climate change and sector-specific climate indices calculation
- Trend analysis and assessment of climate variability
- Correlating climate indices with sectoral data
- Climate indices communication and applications
- Climate data completeness and continuity, and WMO standards and good practices

This workshop took place from 8 to 19 November 2021 in a virtual format.
The workshop was delivered to participants from Iran, India, Nigeria, and South Africa.The following topics were addressed:
- The role of climate information in adaptation planning
- Assembling technical resources to assess climate risk
- The role of National Meteo-Hydrological Services in adaptation planning
- The importance of climate information in prioritising action
- How climate products and services support adaptation
- Developing partnerships for using climate data
