This event is organised by the WMO Education and Training Office (ETR) in collaboration with the WMO World Climate Research Programme (WCRP), the WMO Global Atmospheric Watch (GAW) programme, GAW’s initiatives on Prediction and Forecasting Improvement for Africa (PREFIA) and the Global Air Quality Forecasting and Information System (GAFIS), as well as the University of Hertfordshire, University of Pretoria, Northeastern University, Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) and the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT).
