I am glad to share our experiences here. We have been using CAP since 2015 by many tools. We divid the alert for two stages WATCH and WARNING. Kuwait Met Dept. (KMD) send the alert for many governmental institute like Ministry of Information (TV and Radio), Ministry of Interior (Civil Defence, Marine Guard) ,, and other. Additionally, we issue the watch or warning by KMD's application, website and social media accounts. We are going to improve the CAP system soon and I hope to get more experience from this course.
